The Bayview Hotel Policies

Reservation Guarantee

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee the booking.
At the time of reservation, 50% of the total room charge will be processed.

The remaining balance will be automatically processed 14 days prior to arrival using the card on file.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans may change.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit 

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in full cancellation charges (100% of the reservation total) 

Changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and follow the same policy 

Early departures are non-refundable 

We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 3pm.
Check-out is at 11am.

If you anticipate arriving later in the day, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a seamless arrival.

Children & Occupancy

The Bayview welcomes families.

King rooms: maximum 2 guests 

Two Queen rooms: maximum 4 guests 

An additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies for more than two guests in applicable rooms.

Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved dogs in designated pet-friendly rooms.

Fee: $120 per dog, per stay

Maximum 2 dogs per room 

Pets may not be left unattended in rooms at any time.
Any excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

Smoking Policy

The Bayview is a fully non-smoking property, including guest rooms, balconies, and all outdoor areas.

A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs, to cover the cost of laundering soft furnishings and professionally treating the space.
